it is nothing but for preparing for an war and the war itself.A kind of killings (official Killings of the people in the name of nations,race,religions etc.).Every nations spend so much of its people hard earned money that generated through various taxes.What else i can say all these billions dollars must be spend for rising the peace and developing the humanity that will be an ideal solutions.
